Vehicle Description To commemorate the end of the Continental Mark V production the 1978 Diamond Jubilee Edition was repackaged for 1979 as the Collector's Series.
The collector's series was produced in 4 colors.
All were given the gold colored grill with the gold trimmed hood ornament.
Out of the 6,262 collector series edition only 2040 white cars were produced.
Only 4 cars were sent to the Ford dealership in Danville, VA in 1979 and I purchased this car for my wife.
This is a 2 door Coupe with white exterior and interior blue luxury cloth seats with fold down center arm rests.
Car is 6.
6 liter / 400 cu in/ Engine, AC with auto temperature control.
