Team Leader
Team Leader: 2nd and 3rd shift must be flexible to work any shift

The position is responsible for the operation of the sequence, and to ensure safety, quality, and production are
Ensure proper maintenance is performed on equipment
Knowledgeable of all aspects of manufacturing process
Promote open communication among team members
Provide leadership to sequence
Train and empower team members to utilize their full potential
Lead by example and motivate with a positive attitude
Promote continuous process improvement
Facilitate team member training and development
Manage inventory and control costs in your area
Uphold plant regulations and principles
Consistently increase knowledge of all areas in order to manage the process
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Promote team member engagement by actively participating in teams such as safety, and Communications
Follow safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and quality policies and regulations.
Highly engaged team member with excellent attendance, must be a self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Supervision: Describe the education, knowledge required, years of experience, specific skills and abilities required to do the job on a fully competent basis.
Education and Knowledge:
Describe the educational background and knowledge that are required. Requires High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of computers and computer software utilized on the floor is preferable
