We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist and a Medical attendent to join our healthcare facility.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and patient service in a medical setting.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Utilize medical scheduling systems to coordinate patient visits - Maintain and update patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with medical billing tasks and insurance verification - Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, such as contacting the ER when needed - Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus -get vital signs, a brief medical history and enter it in patient's electronic medical record.
-Ability to use computers, knowledge of medical terminology, communication skills, and typing skills are required.
Experience:
- Proven experience in medical administrative support or related field - Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Joining our team as a Medical Receptionist offers the opportunity to contribute to quality patient care while working in a supportive healthcare environment.
