You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, cleaning, basic plumbing, basic electrical, sheetrock/drywall, flooring install, carpentry, landscaping etc.
A Maintenance Technician is someone that can follow simple direction without being told multiple times.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills as they will be working with the public, good work ethic, great attitude, Skills Proven experience as maintenance technician 2yr min Basic understanding of electrical Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work!!
