Commission Job Description Responsible for supporting company's existing, new and potential customers via phone, internet and email.
Job Duties:
Handle incoming calls and emails related to service and sale of industrial electronic control equipment Responsible for helping grow business by increasing sales with existing customers and increasing customer base Use database, internet and email to:
Maintain up to date database of customers, contacts and job status Issue documents for customers to send in repair work Issue repair and sales quotes to customers Research availability of various products according to customer demand Update various database records as needed Market company's services to customers and prospects Develop a good working relationship with customers to achieve a high level of satisfaction via customer service Work as a liaison between company's technical staff and customers Required Skills Strong computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel Ability to use Microsoft Access a plus IT background very desirable Graphic arts experience a plus Good typing skills Good verbal communications skills Ability to work in a team environment Good at multi-tasking Attention to detail Able to work alone Good work ethic EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Degree in a technical field, computer science or business is desired Experience working with a computer database Previous sales history desired Phone sales experience a plus Previous experience working with industrial electronic controls very desirable EXCELLENT PAY AND BENEFITS OFFERED INCLUDING:
