This position is located at our Danville, VA office.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service Assist individuals with completing documents Add individuals to EHR and maintain client files Complete data entry and upload documents Manage reports Assist with internal and external correspondence Receive and distribute faxes Provide support to other offices as needed Light housekeeping duties Complete other tasks as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to enter data proficient Knowledge of working in an EHR Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and the internet Written and verbal communication skills Ability to problem-solve Ability to multitask and prioritize Detailed oriented and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Ability to train Knowledge of basic office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, etc.
) Knowledge of basic filing procedures Minimum Education and
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment Minimum of 2 years customer service Minimum of 1 years experience in behavioral health, preferred Minimum High School Diploma/GED Associates degree, preferred Work Location:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
