Customer Service Greeter

The service greeter will assist clients by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties Welcome and greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
Answer their questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
Control service traffic flow and parking.
Determine if service customers have an appointment.
Record their name and condition of vehicle.
Input vehicle information into an electronic tablet.
Maintain a clean and safe service drive.
Record and communicate customers service needs and pricing.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Perform different tasks as assigned.
Able to work inside and outside during inclement weather.
Qualifications Must have excellent communication skills Must have strong interpersonal skills Must have good listening skills Must have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
Must have good problem solving and organizational skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
