21 an hour Duties - Perform construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Assist with construction management tasks, including coordinating schedules and communicating with contractors and suppliers - Conduct various construction tasks such as caulking, concrete finishing, electrical work, cabinet installation, and stucco application - Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications - Estimate construction costs and materials needed for projects - Fabricate or assemble components as required for construction projects Requirements - Proven experience in construction inspection and management - Proficient in various construction skills such as caulking, concrete finishing, electrical work, cabinet installation, blueprint reading, stucco application, and construction estimating - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction projects - Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within specified timelines - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members Note:
